Why this school is established?

This school is a path (a visualization) to achieve our mission of education. In a practical sense we want to mould the children upto 10th, +2 classes so that we can make them real engineers in our own engineering college. An engineer is one who first designs and then builts. This is the meaning we attach to the world “Engineer”.

In each and every engineering college during 8-semester students do not hear the word ‘design’ even 8-times. Nobody tell them the meaning of word “engineer”. This is the reason we are focusing on learning and not on read, write and problem solving and examination. Do not solve problems, try to understand the problem. Do not make a child to write examination. Assess the child for her/his learning ability.

Why we have a crazy name for our school?

We are three crazy people from National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL) who after leaving NAL established Bangalore Aircraft Industries Limited (BAIL) to build a regional airline operation as an institution and not as a business to make money.

Our aim was “Ude Deshki Aam Admi” by bringing down the airfare which a common Indian can afford.

The infrastructure required for institution building is good human beings.

The day we thought of this, the next day the idea of our own baby center was born.

MISSION

To mould children to become future citizens of the world and not of India alone

The Great aim
of education
is not
Knowledge
but Action

VISION

Through education in our school we mould our children to fulfil our Mission

John G Hibben

Education
is the ability
to meet
life's situations

The DNA of the School Run by the “Future Citizen of the world” - Educational trust

We will consider our ability to sustain the enthusiasm among our children the greatest asset we possess. The way to develop the best that is in a child is by appreciation and encouragement by parents and teachers

There is nothing else that so kills the creativity of a child as criticism from parents and teachers. We will never criticise the children. We believe in giving children incentive to learn.

So, we are anxious to praise but loath to find fault in our children. If we like anything a child does, we will be hearty in our approbation and lavish in our praise

Here is a glimpse of how we help children physics and mathematics…

Apple and banana

Banana and apple are physics (physical quantities). We can see them. They are

sense perceptible.

1 and 2 are mathematic (not physics) we cannot see them. They are numbers, not

sense perceptible.

We are not adding bananas or apples.

Addition is numerical operation. It is arithmetic. It is Mathematics. We are adding the

numbers associated with banana or apple. But we must learn only when physical

things are identical the number addition will give correct result.

This is the reason why we are not able to add banana to apple.

Conventionally physics and mathematics are taught to childhood as two

independent unrelated subjects.

In our school we try to help children to learn physics and mathematics in an

integrated way.

To learn physics one does not need to know mathematics. But to express physics in

terms numbers requires mathematics.
